What do I do if my package tracking says it was delivered, but I have not received it?
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will contact your carrier on your behalf and initiate a missing package investigation. This investigation may take up to 10 business days to conclude. Once the investigation concludes, we will either send you an expedited replacement package at no cost or process a full refund. Please reach out to us within 60 days of the delivery date if you have not received your order.
