We will do our best to process orders as soon as possible, however you may experience seasonal delays and we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. While these orders are prioritized, please anticipate at least one (1) business day for processing time.
Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing times during holiday & sale periods.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and estimated arrival date.
Your carrier will be listed on your shipment confirmation email. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Your carrier will be automatically selected based on the shipping address and cannot be changed.
- APO/FPO and Puerto Rico addresses are shipped via UPS SurePost and the US Postal Service. These shipments may take approximately 3 to 8 weeks to arrive. Check your confirmation email for tracking and timelines details.
- All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
